Thank for calling us about services this afternoon. We provide personal care and homemaking services to seniors in Lompoc and Santa Maria.
We believe you will find our service to be of high quality and good value. Each of our staff members have been carefully selected. Most have completed nurse assistant certification training. We conduct thorough reference and background checks, validate their skills, and bond and insure their actions before they begin assignments. All staff receive regular supervision and ongoing training. Each is able to communicate well with spoken and written English. Supervisors are directly available by telephone, 24 hours every day. They visit clients at least monthly to ensure your expectations are being met. With over 40 staff members we are able to make good matches for personalities and skills, and provide seven day a week and split shift service. We guarantee your satisfaction with our performance.
Our services are adapted to meet your individual needs. They can include personal care, homemaking, shopping, transportation, medication management, and house cleaning. Services can be temporary, as when recovering after hospitalization or ongoing for an extended period of time. In most situations service is available from $19.50 to $26.50/hr., depending on the length of each visit, frequency, and time of day. Auto transportation is available for $.50/mile, with a $20.00 minimum charge. It is usually not necessary to prepay for services. Services are invoiced weekly. We will bill insurance when coverage is available.
