Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the At Home Senior Services staff.
We provide homemaking and personal care services to seniors in their homes. Providing this type of service requires you being capable, trustworthy, and dependable. Most assignments are two to six hours in length, in the Lompoc or Santa Maria areas, between the hours of 8 A.M. and 6 P.M. Most staff receive two or three assignments a day, six days per week. Some assignments are 12 hours, between 8 A.M. and 8 P.M., days or over nights. Care givers' pay frequently reaches the equivalent of $14 per hour as premiums are added for short assignments, Sunday assignments, and monthly performance awards. Paid time off (vacation, sick days) and health insurance is available when working 32 or more hours per week.

We strongly prefer applicants who have completed nurse assistant certification training or have two years paid experience taking care of seniors, have a personal car, and no criminal convictions. It is important that you include all of your work experience from the past five years. All staff members must be eligible for bonding so please make sure you provide all the information requested and that it is accurate.
