Most of our care givers have completed nurse assistant certification training, MediCare designed training that teaches care and safety techniques needed to effectively care for seniors.

Each of our care giver with a service kit the includes supplies for safety and infection protection, such as antispectic handsoap, paper towels, hand sanitizer, latex gloves, an apron to wear when preparing food, and a gait belt to assist with walking.

A supervisor will always introduce you to each care giver when assigned to you.

We use a telephone check-in and check-out software for accurate attendance records and time keeping. If a care giver is more than a few minutes late a text message is sent to supervisors, so we can contact them and be sure they will arrive.

Scheduling is done with especially designed software that prevents omissions and errors and provides you with a printed schedule each week.

All care givers receive monthly reviews that evaluates their performance and your comments. Many do meet these high personal performance standards and receive a significant bonus for that month.

Quarterly training is provided to all our care givers to maintain and improve their skills. This includes annual CPR and first aid insturction.
